This project started with an intense analysis into the market forces which drives residential design in Singapore.

The design follows closely the economic model derived from the study in which a strategy for creating the plan was developed out of the constraints set up by the site and client’s brief.

2 Towers, one a Dancing Tower and the other a Rotating Tower, are joined in the middle by a ‘Vertical Club’, a series of stacked Sky Gardens housing all the communal facilities and open, green spaces.
