The project consists of a mixed use of Office and Hotel development in a single purpose-built building in one of Singapore’s notorious districts.

The Hotel is located at the top most level for privacy and views. The rooms are arranged along a slight ramp which allows the building to rise gradually towards the front addressing the street corner as a cantilevered volume over the bottom 4 storeys, before sloping back down again. This raised volume allows a mechanical space to be inserted within for plumbing and servicing requirements.

The rooms also enclose a courtyard and garden which can be used for functions.
