YAP MONG LIN

Mong Lin is the founding partner of Multiply Architects LLP, who looks after the design team and business opportunities in Singapore and the region. The strength of the design team is the ability to focus on an intelligent architecture programming for corporate and individual clients.

A Registered Architect and Council member of the Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) since 2002, Mong Lin’s professional experience started in the public sector after having graduated from the National University of Singapore and at the reputable Harvard Graduate Design School in the USA. Besides practicing architecture and design at Multiply, Mong Lin is also a member of the Design Advisory Panel of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), Singapore for the Business Finance Centre at Marina Bay, The New Clifford Pier and the proposed redevelopment of Overseas Union House at Collyer Quay.

In addition, Mong Lin has been appointed as a member of the Advisory Panel for the World Expo 2010, Shanghai, China. A final year external examiner at the National University of Singapore Faculty of Architecture, she is committed to promoting design excellence in Singapore and plays an active role within the Singapore Institute of Architects in leading the design committee to achieve this vision.

ALVIN FOO

Alvin graduated from the National University of Singapore receiving the Singapore Institute of Architects Gold Medal and Board of Architect’s Gold Medal for the Master of Architecture course in 1999.

A Registered Architect since 2003, he has been involved in a wide range of architectural and design projects which include residential and commercial interiors, residential and hospitality development and urban design and master planning projects.

Alvin is currently involved as an adjunct design studio tutor at the Department of Architecture,National University of Singapore.
